Menu of Cakes

Below is a list of some of my most popular recipies. I believe that cakes should be as delicious they are beautiful so I only use fresh ingredients, I don't freeze anything and I don't use mixes! I also only use real flavor, no essences or artificial flavor. Which means if your cake is strawberry it will have real strawberries in it, if it is lemon I will be juicing and grating the lemons.

Down Home Chocolate Cake: Chocolate cake filled and iced in chocolate butter cream, a classic
Berries and Cream Cake: A light fluffy cake filled with fresh berries and cream, iced in butter cream
Orange Chiffon Cake: Orange chiffon cake filled with grand Marnier custard and iced in butter cream
Chocolate Raspberry Cake: Chocolate cake, filled with raspberry mousse, iced in chocolate butter cream and covered in dark chocolate ganache
Dark Chocolate, Chocolate Cake: A rich, moist chocolate cake filled with dark chocolate ganache, and topped with more chocolate ganache
White Chocolate Strawberry Cake: White chocolate butter cake, filled with strawberries and white chocolate custard, iced in butter cream
Tangy Lemon Cake: Light lemon cake filled with tangy lemon curd and butter cream filling, butter cream icing
Le Moka: Chocolate cake, soaked in kaluha syrup, filled and iced with mocha butter cream, a French classic
Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Cake: Hazelnut butter cake, filled with milk chocolate pastry cream and covered in milk chocolate ganache
Carrot Cake: Hearty carrot cake with cream cheese filling and icing, earthy and delicious
